Sunland is a unique blend of the newest technology and old-fashioned work habits.  Many of our employees have been here for over 20 years.  We also pride ourselves in having more young college graduates that have been trained by fire industry veterans than anyone in the industry.  Many of our young people occupy management positions within the organization.  We deliver the highest quality craftsmanship from the smallest repair job to multi-million dollar installations.

Training
Sunland insists that our employees meet the highest standards.  Managers, Project Managers, Designers, Estimators, and Inspectors are involved in the NICET certification process.  Our crews are certified and trained using the AFSA four-year apprenticeship program offered by the State Office of Apprenticeship Training.
